Analog mixdown

Hi gang.
I'm reading alot of nice things about people mixing down on analog boards. I'm thinking to try that myself. I'm know my way around mixing in the box, but I'm not that sure about analog mixing or like some might call it - summing. I'm using an Allen&heath GL2200-32 and a RME FF800 to record in my studio.
So I got all my tracks routed back into the mixer from my daw, all EQd, compressed, panned and everything. As I didn't figure it out about routing back to my interface yet, I thought I asked here before I start doing something wrong. Anyone?

PS: Please go easy on big technical terms, I'm only trying to learn and I'm definitely not an expert. A simple walkthrough would be higly appciated. Thanks

Outputs go to inputs. It's that easy. Main outs back into a pair of inputs on a new stereo track (and you're going to monitor that track only).
