An end to Internet Radio?

The big business labels via the RIAA.are once again taking aim at the independant artist utilizing the internet.

The independants have a hard enough time getting heard as it is... Corporations control the airwaves, now they want the internet.

I think you'll find that the new fees are for more established artists and their music on internet sites. Places like Song Planet, who have radio internet with nothing but independent artists, are uneffected by the new copyright royalties. I was told directly by the owner that this is their case.

That's my take too. They can jack them up as high as they want, then double it for all I care. RIAA is a consortium of greedy idiots.
