Amptron Motherboard

Does anyone knw about Amptron Motherboards? I was going to use one with an Intel chip(1 GHz) for a new system...any thoughts? Thanks ya'll...

Have you bought the processor and mb already? Otherwise the AMD Athlon is a good and probably cheaper alternative.
 
Nah, i've not bought anything yet, still comparing, etc...but the Digi001, which i'm using as a sound card, isn't supported by AMD Chips, so I figured that the PIII would be the best bet.

I guess an Amptron MB will work, but I think they are cheaply built. I'd look at an ASUS or Abit.
