i've heard it at sam ash...sounds fantastic...the 'big wigs' say thats one of the few pre amps that works on virtually anything maybe it ain't the best all the time but sure as hell won't suck...

usually anything with Mr. Neve's name on it is a audio gear classic or will be...

My Buddy Russ has one and he even runs the mix thru it on its way to the Mastering media. It is a right on unit but he sells them for arround 3K

$3K ??? Over here €2099 (incl. 21%vat) .. Wonder what the opt. digit board would cost though. Been eyeing the unit myself. Would defintely be a step up and diff. flavour for my Ghosts' pre's and make a nice 2track mobile recording pre.
