All I Got Is This Stinkin' Shirt

Very messy mix at the beginning. The sound effects went on a bit too long.
The drum kit sounds very far back and drowned out. The hi-hat could use a cut in the high frequency range.
If you were going for a late 70s, early 80s metal mix, you got it.


The bass tone was really nice.
 
I think it really rocks! Great dynamics and groove. I can feel the energy of the performance when I'm listening. The mix isn't perfect but I don't think it's bad. I'll let others nit pick the mix.

Thanks a lot to both off you for your coments.
I also show this track to my friend who work on one local radio station. He like the song but he wouldn't play it on their radio station because master isn't good enough. He advised me to give a tape to some pro studio to make it acceptable for radio broadcasting.
I totally agre with him and i'll do that. At least i tried to do it myself.
I should focus myself more on songwrighting and guitar playing and leave the job to pros.
It's also true that i enjoy more when i'm playing then mixing.
But i will still learn on this forum. It can't hurt.
