Alesis Multimix 16 setup??

Hi all, I just want ask around how you hook up your mixer so that i know how to do it alternatively with my mixer. As a beginner,I really would love to hear if some one could tell me how to setup the headphones amp. I 'm using Berhinger HA8000 which I plug into Aux,but it's with a mono sound, which means there no effects with it. My problem is that I couldn't figure it out how I would set up to hear the sounds with effects. I want to hear my singing with the effects so that I could feel more confidence myself hearing with a warm sound. I'll list down my stuff so that it might help you to understand more and you can let me know how you would setup yourself, as i'm willing to learn this I would be much appreciate.

1. Alesis multimix 16 f/w
2. Micron
3. Midiverb 4
4. Computer -P4 D 3.0 1G memory and I am using Cubase SX3
 
I just plug the headphone mixer into the headphone jack. distributes a stereo signal, effects and all, just fine. Be sure you are using a stereo cable...
