I have used several with no warrenty issues for three+ years
used exclusively on PC's from a variety of manufactueres: Thinkpad (IBM first and one Lenovo), Dell, Toshiba & HP
OS is nearly (some limited tests with Vista) exclusively XP SP2.
no product is perfect for every user or in all situations and whether IO26 is right for you depends on a lot of factors other then whether it will work with your laptop. but in terms of simple dependability I've had no issues with the ones I've used
