Anyone heard any good reports from this new 'baby' C414?
I'm seriously thinking about investing in one just lately. I've never owned anything but budget mics...albeit good ones like the ADK Vienna and Oktava MC012s...but I've used some borrowed C414s ( and Neumann U87s) extensively over the last two years, and I've come to realise that they really are worth every penny/cent. Especially the C414s.
I can't stretch to that level yet, but I wonder if this new mic gets close?
