ADAT to MP3

I am currently recording on a 24 track ADAT
system. Can someone tell me the best way to
get these recordings to an MP3 format? I will be using a DAT master.

I'm trying to figure it out too, you might follow my postings. I've downloaded a program, but don't know how to use it!
