Well the converter chip itself is only part of the signal chain - there are supporting electronics for the converter which also provide quality. The transformers (if any) and the amount of headroom also have a bearing.


I think Apogee would be up there among the better converters.

Let me restate that......umm Prism, Radar, Lavry...then a toss up..Mytek, Apogee.

This order depends on what lavry serious also.
