Acoustic Indie-Pop. Feedback please.

Hello all. I don't visit the clinic too often, but this genre is not of my personal expertise.

Background... The artist has only been playing guitar for 1 year. He's not great. He knows as he plays better, recordings will get better. He's also taking vocal lessons. He's had two so far, so he's just starting. He's 18, btw.

So, the vocals and guitar were tracked in my studio. The drums were all done in Sony Acid. Loops, and single hits... The hit we used for the crash will be replaced as soon as I find some nice crash cymbols to download.

So, can you all please give me some feedback on the mix? I'd certainly appreciate it.

Real drums would do the song justice, but I like it! Lyrics and all are good Vocals need work too but I kinda like it that rough.
Some electric in the chorus would add more flavour and take away from the repetitiveness
