I think using other forums like this in some misguided notion that it will help you find an audience for whatever you're peddling is tiresome & rude.
 
Thanks for posting this video. Currently I'm also engaged in experimenting with mic an acoustic guitar with various mics and positions. So this video was right up my alley. Here's a quick demo of my latest experiment with a brand new updated AKG C-1000S mic on a Martin D-18....the mic is simply put on my computer desk pointed at my guitar on about the 14th fret, 6-8" away...

I was impressed with the separation he got while recording guitar and vocals....very nice...It also was nice to hear the various mics to compare them to mine..
