HELL YES!!!!

first real chance to use this mic i got a few months back from wireneck and maaaan does it ROCK... used it on a vox ac30 with the input gain bein' smashed by 10db, with freakin' mullards in it, and ran that through an orange 4x12.... WOW. I love this mic.
 
It's definently a rockin mic on guitars. Haven't really found anything else it works on except a very "round" sounding snare. Have you had any luck with using it on other sources?
 
It's an Electrovoice dynamic. What else would you expect?

If someone were smart, they could build an entire studio, based on nothing but Electrovoice dynamic mics. And everything you record would probably sound pretty damn good.
