T TimOBrien New member Jul 14, 2003 #2 Absolutely. Any sound editor that supports changing bit-depth can do it. I use Soundforge and it works great. Check out the editors at www.hitsquad.com and you can probably find some free ones that will also do the job. Just note that merely changing the total bit-depth of the file will >not< make it any higher quality that it already is....
