No it's not mine. 25 foot cable but no fan out (no XLR's on cable end). Seems like someone was looking for one of these for a home studio not long ago. You could run it through the wall into your control room (or spare bedroom) and solder it into a wallplate with XLR connectors or just solder female XLR connectors onto it to go straight into your recording setup.
