1200 mile collaboration on mp3.com...anyone wanna listen and tell me how bad it is?

That's cool. Like the chorus parts, funky. Little derivative in parts, but what isn't. I listened Lo-Fi so can't really comment on the mix. From what I could tell it sounded balanced, and I like the drum sounds to. Reminded me a bit of Thin Lizzy/Winger/Whitesnake. The guitar sounded a little abrasive, but that could be the mp3/lo-fi.

Nice work.

Nice Aerosmith-like tune. The rhythms are pretty tight.
The vocals are at the right level in the mix.
The recording didn't sound quite open enough, but I'm listening on my office system, a SB 128. The cymbals sound indistinct and the kick ain't thumpy enough.
What format did you use to complete the collaboration?

Clay Men

Recorded by two Roland Vs Users at my place in INdiana, my buddy came on vacation and we whipped this one together in about 6 hours. He lives 1200 miles away in FL.

Recorded with two VS880's synced together.

Kick was real thumpy everywhere else, might be speakers or encoding.

I appreciate you taking the time to listen, and comment.
