First- anybody having their track menu freeze up? Second- I can no longer access my buffers. A new screen appears instead called "CONFIGURE HARDWARE DRIVER" but the only options it gives are to go in and configure a list of drivers. What do you think?

I'll add a few things I've learned. The 1-12 has a MONO headphone out which can be used for direct out. The 2-12 has stereo line outs. These both have power amp attenuaters which let you run at 1,15,30 or 60 watts. On a pure SS amp this would appear strange, as volume increase is strictly linear...

I'm the only guy I know who has one. It's the only mic I use in front of extra loud amps. I'm surprised we don't see more of these. It's a large diaphram dynamic that compesses the snot out of the high end. It can handle any spl where the 57 normally starts to crap out.

I just got my strat back from Carruthers. It already has the EMG buckers but I asked John to put a mid-boost on it. EMG makes one for about 50 bucks. For another 29 bucks labor John bolted it in. I use the middle pot to roll in the juice. It is active on all the pickup settings. I feel it does...

I'm going to order one tomorrow. I'll use it with my Ampeg combo and Strat. I'm looking forward to more aggressive rythym tones. I'll have a Tube Screamer, Fuzz Box, Metal Zone and Klon to cover all my basic gain needs.
