I have accidentally recorded with the right output on my keyboard. should I rerecord these tracks from the left(mono)? how much difference does it make?
do you have any tips on saving your songs on a portable hard drive. I have lost two songs now and it says: magic ID doesn't exist or something like that.
I am looking for info on how to record vocals when there are both really soft whispering and loud belted-out vocals.
how do you keep from clipping? just move away from the mic?
something must be wrong with the Mbox.
It won't play back MIDI or it plays back erratically, and the click track plays back erratically.
any ideas on ways to fix?
I think my ASIO driver or sound card is having issues. when I press play in protools it randomly plays some of the notes I recorded on an instrument track with Reason.
know what to do?
I just loaded a Reason Drum kit refill into Reason 3 and when I push the note on the keyboard the drum sounds off late.
The whole Protools/Rewire/Reason thing is not working
little help
I am looking into purchasing Wavelab and I see Wavelab essential 6 for $100
and wavelab studio 6 for $300 and wavelab 6 for $550
which one do I get?
I've never mastered anything before and I use protools 7.3
I use protools 7.3 and have the mbox2 and I try to record a snare drum by itself and it sounds really muzzled and muted.
I just put the mic(SM 57) right up close.
what am I missing?
