Does anyone remember the toys SPEAK AND READ and also SPPAEK AND SPELL.
Well I wish to learn how to make a voice recording sound like that in Cool Edit Pro .....or Adobe Audition 2.0

I am looking to learn how to apply that filter to a vocal recording in Cool Edit Pro or Adobe Audition 2.0
Anyone have any clue ...I think it is a form of sound bending...but I am unaware on how to achieve this
