I have a Firebox and when I monitor an armed track or click a drum pad, the audio is delayed by about a second. Does anyone know a solution to this?

I just installed Cubase LE and I'm trying to figure out how to make a midi track and open a score to make drums. When I click on midi->scores, the "open score editor" field isn't available. Anybody know how to do this?

Hey, in songs like "On the Run" by Pink Floyd off Darkside, how do they get all the weird synth sounds? It sounds like something is looping, but what type hardware do you use for that stuff?

I've got Sonar 1, but it's dying. It keeps crashing on me. I like Sonar's layout more than Cubase, but I'm will to switch. Is Pro Tools good? My band's producer recorded us using that. If the latest Sonar is good, I'm inclined to stick with it. As for inputs, I really would be recording only...
