Hey guys, Bought a Tascam 688 today and put a standard cassette in and it wont play it. Do you need hi bias type II cassettes for it to even play or is there something wrong with the machine as described here: Tascam 688 will FF, RW, but no PLAY. - AudioBanter Thanks!
