Thanks for the guitar comment-several are beater 'Frankenstein' guitars-like the Firebird, I had a strat style neck and found the body with pickups, bridge, and all electronics in the back of a Mom & Pop music store a while back, it had duct tape wrapped around it as well. After major cleaning it was great, gigging or recording wise.
The tan strat copy is about a 1985 era Fernandes with a tele neck and DiMarzio PAF in the bridge, 2 Fender Strats-a 1974 Sunburst and 2004 MIM Splattercaster. Gibsons and Epi's-1978 Gibson 'the Paul' walnut body now white, Epiphone 1992 Sheraton 2 in ebony and 2004 Epi Les Paul Standard Plus top in wine.
Tele copies are-Saga kits-white tele, Dimarzio Chopper-T humbucker in bridgew/coil tap switch, GFS alnico in neck, adapted to string thru body on all these teles, 4 way switches-Clear coat-GFS alnico neck pu & hot overwound bridge pu-4 way switch & tortoiseshell style pickguard, the clearcoat tele doubles as a cool slide guitar!
Red tele is a cheap Johnson brand but sounds great-same mods as the white tele above but has an alder body-the sound is killer!!!
Black tele is a Xaviere XV600 with a thinline body and an 'F' hole as well as 2 GFS Dream 180 humbuckers-I rewired it with push/pull pots to have a master volume for each pickup and coil tapping.
The explorer shaped guitar was my first attempt at building a guitar body-it's black walnut that had dried for 50 years in a barn loft-thanx to my father-in-law. It's gone thru lots of changes in hardware over the years-it's now configured like a hardtail strat.
