Thanks for your message, which I only just discovered. Still getting the hang of how this site works.
I haven't been to Eden Hill for a while (unless you count passing through on the way to Kosmic in Osborne Park to ogle yet more gear...) but I very nearly bought a house there 30 years ago when I was looking to buy my first home. Found one in Freo instead though. My wife worked in Eden Hill for a while too. Seemed like a nice spot with the city, river and hills all fairly handy.
Glad you found some food for thought in the post about upgrading. It's never easy to pick your way through the maze of possibilities. Hope you're enjoying your music.... and your 60s....gulp, how did that happen??..
