Behringer MDX2600 Composer Pro-XL Compressor
i advise anyone who doesnt have a compressor to get that. i heard a lot about behringer having bad equipment. that is probably the best 100 bucks ive ever spent. i use it for vocals, guitar, bass drum and snair. and it works amazing.
hey i have a song and its really quiet but good quality. im obviously using cool edit. anyway, i was wondering if tehre was a way to make it louder without quality loss?
thanks!!
i have cool edit (adobe audition) and i cant figured out how to master without it sounding nasty (its clipping) does anyone have any ideas?
and if cool edit isnt good to use for that. what is?
thanks
i was recently at a show and i saw a band and their guitarist had the most amazing amp ide ever heard.. it sounded so clean and perfect. you could hear every note he hit... he had a bbe sonic maximizer on the top of his peavey. i talked to him after they played and he said thats what did it...
hey, i was wondering if its a better idea to use effects on the actual amp? or the mic?
what i mean is...
when i record the guitar im recording it with a condensor (AKG C3000 about 6' away) and a dynamic (sm57 pretty close to the speaker)
would it be better to use effects on the micraphones...
