I have a 424 Mk1. Mistakenly, I overused Caikleen on the pinch roller and now when I hit record there's a squealing sound. Is there an easy home remedy to correct the problem or do I need to find a new pinch roller? If yes, could someone send me a link to where I can find one? Ebay has nothing...

My sampler is an AKAI 3000xl which I bought recently as it's the recommended for the Pinder Mellotron CD-ROM. Now I have to buy a CD-ROM drive and SCSI cable. There's a variety on ebay. I know how many pins are at the back of the AKAI and each Mellotron sound is a 16 meg bank in the AKAI format...

i would prefer the 24 channel. chris
