Mackie Control Universal Pro 8-Channel Master Controller with USB Thinking of investing in this. Can anyone shed some light on if it will work with AA3. Or does anyone know of a better controller in the similar price range or less?

I picked up a set of Boston Acoustic CR7 Speakers from a local pawn shop for 20 bucks. They looked like they would make decent studio monitors. Can anyone say if they would be good or not.
