I also want to know how to post blogs as I am new. I have a very basic question for anyone reading this on the site and I need help. I am a guitarist/bassist and songwriter not a PC genius. I want to find out from what software to buy to quicky translate my compositions onto the PC, and add drums, horns etc. I physically want to play the guitar, bass and sing, and then add other instruments later to make a full track. I am not good at making up drum parts from scratch, so I need a load of pre recorded drum parts and fills to quickly drop in to get me going. Maybe later I could change some of the snare sounds etc, but I am not into spending 4 hours creating a full drum track of my own, as it always ends up a mess. Can anyone advise what softward to use to get down some bass, guitar drums and keyboard/brass fairly quickly and easily. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. steve
