I won't be able to help you with info or specs of the Fostex 460. I don't think it should be too exotic to find the voltages. Sweetbeats is a master of reverse engineering and finding/reading hard to find engineering plans, so he's the person I'd ask. The Fostex user base seems to have dried up, but I'd still also keep my ear to the ground on that. Unfortunately, Fostex USA is no more, but you may have a shadow of a chance on the Fostex website. They actually have a pretty good cache of manuals for download. Good luck.
