Hmm. Something to keep in mind for the future. I initially had the vocals louder and up front, but the vocalist wasn't a fan. He likes them to be buried in the mix.

Yeah, the bass guitar had bad intonation problems. We'll definitely need to redo that. Now when you say the drums are too far back, would you say it's a volume issue?

Thanks for the feedback dogmatic, glad you dig the song. I agree about the tone, the distortion doesn't stylistically match the song. The guitarist is stuck on that tone unfortunately. I may need to twist his arm a bit more.

Hello there, this is a track my friend and I recorded. It's not quite finished yet, we are definitely re-recording the guitar solo since it's a bit sloppy. My problem is getting the chorus to hit a little harder than the verse. Seems to be pretty flat right now... Any suggestions or all other...

Right on thanks for all the advice. Definitely will spread the guitars out more and bring the cymbals down a bit. And yes it was a resonator guitar on that lead part.

Thanks for the feedback. I hear the weirdness on crazy. Not quite sure what it is. I listened to the vocals dry and it still remains. Possibly a flub in his performance? And I had a little too much acoustic on the left. The meters look pretty even now though.
