Nice, easy listen. I like your voice. Is this all midi? Everything instrumentally sounds a bit fake. Overall nicely done.
 
When the guitar comes in on the right at around 0:29 it’s too loud and a little too ahead of, or on top of, the beat, making it clash with the vocal. It should be lazily behind the beat.
 
I think maybe the vocal needs to be a bit more upfront. Some syllables are getting a bit lost ('bay'). Clip gain, compression, parallel compression? Just turn it up?

Is the music here "canned"? And you're just adding the vocal? Vocal performance sounds pretty good. A more laid back tempo would improve this (that's just my taste - the Sara Bareilles version is the gold standard for me and it is incredibly laid back) . But yeah - overall sounds pretty good.

I think the sub region is a bit too loud. Could also try asking the players to double up / play harmonies and layer those beneath the different parts. I don't know much about this kind of music so sorry I cant be of much help.
