While the manual says that recording and playback are not possible when connected to a computer via USB, is there a hack that can allow me to use the PortaStudio as an audio interface?

If I recall correctly - a guy at the Tascam user forum found a way to get some control-ability using the original MIDI capable DP-32.

But there is no way to do anything like that with the later "SD" model versions.
