In record it looks like it is recording, the meters are moving but not on all meters. When I playback the meters don't move. The function buttons are out and in Normal mode on playback. Another time when I tried to record all tracks they showed to be recording and on playback and I could hear it faintly. I cleaned the heads each time while trying this. I back tracked myself to make sure I had everything in order when I was trying to record. This machine plays back material from other tapes. Is there something I'm overlooking? Thanks for the input.
