Tascam 106 Mixer?

I aquired one of these, but I am not sure how much they are worth, why, what the functions are. I don't know much about mixing and recording etc. I just want to know the price and features so I can sell it or maybe let a friend borrow it. Thanks a lot for any help anyone can give!
 
Hi,

This is apparently an older model, and tascam offers no information save a short blurb in the "history" section of the website. If anyone has any information regarding the mixer, I would greatly apreciate it.
