I am trying again. Thanks, jjones for early replys. On my 424, I can not get track one or two, to record separately. Each time I try to record on either, the other channel records the same thing. I have been thru the manual, same problem, hit every switch every way possible. I can record separately, and stereo on three and four, never a problem. For what it is worth, I can acommplish this task on the 414. Could the 424 be broke? Please help before I smash it with a four track/channel reel to reel.
