Hi,
So a while ago, a cassette got stuck in my mk ii that I haven't been able to get out. Looks like the tape head is stuck inside of the tape.
Also upon plugging it into the mains, the screen only displays horizontal red lines. It's been a while since the original problem happened, so I'm not really sure if this is the problem that caused the deck to get stuck, or if its the other way around, but I was hoping someone might be able to give me some pointers as to what to do... I saw a thread on here where someone seemed to be given good news/advice, but the reply has since been deleted so I can't tell what it was :/
