MX 2424 Problems

Hi, I'm new here!

I have been using a MX 2424 for at least 6 years now. It's been so reliable I've forgotten how to set it up, etc. Nothing has changed in my setup, however starting today my MX no longer will work with mxview 1.4. When I open the app I get a connection error.


So far I checked connectivity on the network and even tried direct connecting wit a crossover cable but no success.

Does anyone have any clue to what may have happened? I love this old machine and really can't afford a new one right now.

Success!

Just in case anyone walks down this road, I found a solution.

I re-flashed the MX OS and settings from my backup memory card and she lives and breathes again !

Hope everyone else's problems are as easily solved, although I did not sleep until I had her up and running again. Remember to back up all your imprtant data folks!!!!
