I have a 424 and has been working great until recently when I moved. Now when I record it often has a variable tape speed problem that when I play it back, sounds like I'm using the pitch control and warbling the sound. Obviously not what I want. Any ideas as to a reason for this, anyone else experience this? Is it a matter for Tascam to deal with? My new music room is a good deal more humid than the last, but other than that it sustained no bumps or bruises while being moved. Thanks
