2488 mastering

2488 mastering Working with different songs from different sessions, and trying to get a consistant volume level from song to song seems to be a challenge.
Any suggestions?
 
there's mastering effect section. I don't recall the exact terminology.
you can limit there add or subtrat some volume. Around the premastering section in the manual. Applys only on the stereo buss.

Seems most use the PC to "master".

I've heard it done very well on just the 2488....not my stuff, :eek:
but someone elses on the 2488!

I just recieved a cd done on the 2488 that was absolutely fabulous.
Pristine, clear, all songs ...there's no mastering required for these and they were done on the 2488. http://bmwerx.com/index/
