1- 238 won't play at all but will FF & RW. Also makes a loud whining sound when powered up.
2- 644 plays too fast. Standard speed adjustment no longer fixes it. Also needs main PCB 5-lead output wire between the mixer strips and output PCB. Works good as a mixer only but without new output wire you have to use the headphone jack for output.
3- 644 has similar tape deck issues and dead power adapter.
Is there someplace that can fix these? If not I will sell them for parts. The 2 644s can be used as mixers only but they are slowly dying.
