Shortcut mapping on Cubase LE 4? Assign hot keys?

I have two problems when recording with Cubase LE 4 -

actually inconveniences

but the first one is having to select multiple tracks before recording with a guitar strapped to my is difficult and I can't drag the mouse and select multiple tracks

the other is I do not know the shortcut for hitting record, so I have to use the mouse... with the guitar strapped to me

can I assign a key to it like the space-bar is play?

do I just need to RTFM?

You can change all of the 'Key Commands'. I'm not at the studio at the moment to direct you, but it's there somewhere.

I'm pretty sure it's under the edit menu (pretty sure). It says something like "key commands..."
