Cubase LE to elements 6

HI
I Have Cubase LE it came with my Alesis io4. I was thinking about up grading to Elements 6.
Is it worth it?
My lap top just has enough spec to record, but not really up to mixing and using all the stuff that comes with Cubase.
So would prefer to use desktop for mixing etc.. Not sure what would happen if I was to regisiter LE again but on my Desktop!
 
I just did the exact thing your talking about... I just installed Elements 6 right beside 4LE for now on my desktop. I got elements just for more options.. like easier multi-tracking of drums with ezdrummer etc... for a hundred bucks and the extra options I think its worth it.
