Copying tracks in their entirety??

Another thing with cubase (sx) that's been driving me nuts and I can't figure out:

How do you copy a track from one cubase file/project to another while maintaining the same inserts, eq settings, automation settings, etc.? It is easy to copy an audio file over, but it will not retain the track settings?! I would LOVE to know how to do this!! Thanks ;)
 
In VST32 (not sure about sx, but should be the same) you can save the settings of each channel of the mixer. That way just copy the track into another song, and recall your mixer settings for that track that you saved before....bob's your uncle..
