When I go from Sound Foprge 4.5 to Dat (SV3700) peak reading at 0.3 dB on sound forge gives me a minus 6 dB on the DAT...If I try to juice up sound forge.....It will clip the waveform. Of course the transfer to CD is low as well.
Sound card is wide open...so It is sending out SPDIF Via coax cable, 1 meter...PRO quality.
I need to hit the DAT a little harder than -6
and not clip.
Help please!!!
