ACID lags all the time. Memory?

Hello everybody,

I am pretty experienced ACID user. I know it shows lags when there are a lot of tracks. I feel it while finishing song. But there is only beginig. New laptop with 4096Mb memory.
While mastering I see this. I have never seen it before. problem.jpg
How to fix it?

Also while using GuitarRig I can hear glitches, clicks or dropouts. Meanwhile CPU Usage is about 30% maximum and 2-5% as avarege.

I do everything with my NI Komplete audio 6 device and when I put in preferences usual MS Mapper there are less lags but they excist.

I think the problem is in settings of my laptop.
