I've had my BR-8 for over a year and have used it quite extensively during that period ( 1 cassette + 2 completed CD's of original music = 28+ selections, with guitars, bass, keys, drums, etc, etc...)....that use included a lot of "copying" and "inserting" and "copying" to mutiple tracks and same tracks for looping effect.....
anyway, last night I ran into some difficulty in getting the "measures" to match up......I've done this a hundred times before and it works perfectly but this particular time I'm having no luck...
Here's what's going on:
I need to copy track 1:1 to track 1:1...I'm creating a continuous loop....so far so good...
The part I want to copy comes in at measure 5:2 and ends at measure 14:1.....
IOW...I need measure 5:2 to begin again at measure 14:1.....
what happens is measure 5:2 begins at measure14:2, not 14:1, even though it's copied to 14:1...
I have spent the last 2 nights pulling my hair out trying to get this match up.....and I've done this a hundred times before.....
I think it has something to do with starting a "copy" in the middle of a measure ..(5:2).....
any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated....
