Pro Tools M-Powered 7.4 and Profire 2626 problems

I'm having some trouble getting started with my pro tools setup. It has 8 tracks of analog, but only two show up in the interface window. I'm running it on macbook pro OS 10.4.11. I've updated everything. still does not work. Please help!
 
Delete them all in the I/O setup window and click on the Load or create default (i dont remember the exact name). Also when you create a new session do you select Stereo Mix in the Scrolling options left to the Bit depth or do you select Last used?

On our i/o page, make sure you're on your input tab, and then click "default" when it asks if you want to delete the existing inputs, select yes. That should set you up with full analogue and digital i/o.
