Korg vs Fostex

I've been told Fostex isn't making the FD-8 anymore.... so I've been looking at the Korg D-8.

It's about $150 more expensive, has a smaller hard drive (1.8) but comes with 50 onboard effects.

Does anyone know about the Korg and how it compares to the Fostex?
