Erasing demo tracks from VF08

Can this be done? says they are protected, won't let me erase that program. Bet micmac can answer this one for me. Tried search, but couldn't find this. thanxxx.
 
-After pressing "Shift" + "Track Edit/PGM", select the VF08 Demo program, just like you were going to work on those tracks.

-Press "Setup" and scroll down to Rec Protect.

-Hit the "Enter/Yes"-button. Change "On" to "Off" with the jog shuttle and then hit "Enter/Yes" again. "Exit".

-Try erasing the program again. Should work.

The demo file is 42MB.

I use the Rec Protect just to make sure i don't erase the wrong program by mistake. I had my car stolen once. Kind of the same emtpy feeling: ".............. i parked it here yesterday......but now.......arrrrr.....maybe i parked it in the neighbors garage?????".
