Unwanted Delay Or Chorus Sound

Firing up CEP today and checking my little Senheisser
microphone once more .. I now have (on playback) a
COMPLETELY unasked for delay or chorus sound when
I play back six or seven seconds of the speech .. (???)

Just have NO IDEA how this could happen .. Surely when
one exits the programme and then re-enters .. EVERYTHING
ought to be neutral and flat .. (??)

Would really appreciate some help on this ..

Found It

It was simply that my desktop speakers were not fully turned down .. they were up by .. kinda .. 5% .. Careless (!!!)
