plugins problemo's

i don't know how to get my plugins workin in cool edit pro 2
there all installed properly, and i did refresh effects but nothing happens, anyone know what the problemo is?
 
I had to get some serious customer support from Syntrillium once on this issue, lol. When I installed all my plugs about a year ago on a new OS, I loaded them in places that made sense to ME. Folders inside of CEP. Syntrillium never could figure out why, but for some reason, reinstalling the plugins to wherever they wanted to go (default locations during install) worked.

And yeah, like ChrisJob said, if they're VST plugs, you need a wrapper.
